NITRATE-FREE PORK SAUSAGE

   Maverick Ranch Pork Sausages start as 85% Lean Natural Pork, much leaner than the industry average. Like all our products, they contain no preservatives and are completely nitrate and nitrite free. A rich blend of natural seasonings is added, delivering just the right amount of powerful flavor to each of our nine savory flavors: Italian Sausage with just the right amount of garlic and fennel, Spicy Italian Sausage, Breakfast Sausage with a light touch of sage (available in links or patties), Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Polish Sausage, and Chorizo made with pork blade meat to deliver exceptional flavor without a lot of grease. All our sausages are encased in natural hog casings, never man-made casings, and are available to the Olympic hopefuls at the three U.S. Olympic Training Centers.

FRUITWOOD SMOKED BACON

   There's no better way to start your morning than with Maverick Ranch Fruitwood-Smoked Bacon! Made with real Maple syrup and available daily at the U.S. Olympic Training Centers, this delicious, top-quality uncured bacon is made from Maverick Ranch Natural Pork and is completely nitrate/nitrite free. Our bacon is made with the highest quality ingredients, starting with the meat. The pork is raised on small family farms which ensure hogs receive ample space, plenty of fresh feed and water, and are allowed plenty of room to root. Our hogs are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones, which is why they are the choice of the U.S. Olympic Training Centers.

BEEF FRANKS & BUFFALO FRANKS

FREE RANGE NATURAL TURKEY

A great seasonal addition to the Maverick Ranch line. Beginning with Thanksgiving 2004, Maverick Ranch has made Free-Range, all natural Turkeys available to its customers. These are birds that are raised without antibiotics or growth enhancing hormones. Instead, our turkeys are fed an all-vegetarian diet with no animal byproducts. They are responsibly raised on a traditional family farms, free to soak up fresh air and sunshine in a stress-free environment. As a result, you can feel good about serving Maverick Ranch Free-Range Turkey to your family!

CASA GRANDE GROUND HAM

   Ground ham, another high-quality product from Maverick Ranch, is now available. Casa Grande brand Ground Ham is produced from 95 percent fat free ham. The bi-lingual labeling (Spanish and English) enables Spanish-speaking shoppers to be informed about the product, as it is often requested by Mexican and Cuban consumers. Ham loaf, ham balls, and ham salad sandwiches are traditional Midwestern dishes which call for this convenient product. Casa Grande Ground Ham is the first ground ham made available on a large-scale basis in the U.S. Also available under the Maverick Ranch label.
